Roderick E. de Ramón
Rod de Ramón heads the Tax Department and Trusts and Estates Department of the Firm. A graduate of Marist College, Mr. de Ramón received his law degree from Western New England College School of Law and his Master of Laws in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. During his law school studies, Mr. de Ramón was awarded an academic scholarship and was tax research assistant for the associate dean and senior professor of taxation. Mr. de Ramón is admitted to practice before all the New York courts, U. S. District Court for the Northern District, and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Committee on Taxation; Orange County Bar Association Committee on Taxation; and the Liaison Council of the Internal Revenue Service.
Kevin T. Wade
Kevin Wade heads the real estate practice of the firm and with Mr. de Ramon, manages both Estate Planning and Estate Administration functions of our work. He is a lifetime resident of Dutchess County. Mr. Wade was formerly employed as a Senior Vice President and Trust Officer for a regional bank and brings to the firm extensive experience in trust and estate administration, regulatory reporting and compliance. Mr. Wade is a graduate of Marist College where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in 1987. He received his Law Degree cum laude from Pace University School of Law in 1993.
